God gives seeds to a person, as you are willing to sow.

Psalm 27:13

• obey God
• sow good seeds
• have a vision of abundance
• think and say right things that in God's agreement-- be persistent;

Spend before God's budget, hold on for a bit and God is delivering you. God meets all my needs abundantly.
